From August 20th to 22nd, 2019, the 3rd First Congress of the Tobacco Packaging Industry Information Committee and the Tobacco Packaging Development Trends Seminar kicked off in Chengdu. Traditional blanching mainly relies on temperature and pressure for transfer, and it is difficult to evacuate by flat pressing. In the production process, problems of fine pattern paste and large areas of bubbles often occur. The cold blanching process can better take care of fine and The hot stamping on the spot realizes the effect of clear fine patterns and substantial spot patterns. In addition, since the cold stamping process relies on the transfer of glue, its adaptability to the substrate is also higher than that of hot stamping, which can simultaneously meet a variety of paper, ink, and film stamping, avoiding the need for special products for the hot stamping process. Membrane trouble. It is worth mentioning that our products also have outstanding advantages in ink adhesion.
Digital bronzing is the highlight of this seminar. As the first domestic company that successfully developed digital foil stamping foil, our company has a very high market share.
